The migration will take approx. 15 to 20 minutes. During this time, your Scope system will not be available. Active users will be notified in Scope in advance and asked to save any open tasks.
Your company, or at least all Scope administrators, has already been informed about your individual migration time slot.
If you have not received any communication from us regarding a migration appointment, your organization is not affected by this migration phase 1.

German Customs has announced maintenance work from 19-08-2026 08:30 to 17:00 CET (05:30 to 15:00 UTC).
Affected procedures: EGZ for vZA or AZ of this day

Wir bitten darum diese ergänzenden Zollanmeldungen (EGZ) möglichst erst ab dem 20.08.2026 zu übermitteln, ansonsten kann es zu Abweisungen kommen.
