Scheduled - SPF Records and IP change due to Scope Data Center migration

Dear reader,

As part of an update to our mail relay infrastructure, we are adding an additional outbound mail relay network.

The following IP address range is currently whitelisted:
79.171.88.21 or 79.171.88.0/26
From now on please whitelist the following IP range:
193.111.89.168/29
Please ensure that the new IP range is added to your email security policies and any related access control or allowlist configurations.

SPF Record Update
To ensure uninterrupted email delivery and successful SPF validation, your existing SPF record must be updated to authorize the new relay network.

The SPF record should include:
include:_spf.riege.com
Please implement this change asap

Failure to update your SPF record may result in SPF validation failures and could impact email delivery.

Investigating - Some Scope customers report delays in the communication with NL Customs. We have reported this to the Dutch Customs helpdesk. We are discussing with Customs for a solution. Delays can last up to about an hour.

Nach Auskunft von TAXUD sollen diese Wartungsarbeiten im Normalfall keine Auswirkungen auf den transeuropäischen Nachrichtenaustausch haben. AES, ICS2 und NCTS sollen dadurch nicht betroffen sein. Lediglich bei unerwarteten Problemen während der Wartungsarbeiten kann es zu Störungen im internationalen Nachrichtenversand kommen

Investigating - We noticed that the communication with NL Customs is down. We only receive responses now and then.
We are currently trying to contact NL Customs to find the cause.

Update - We are continuing to work closely with NL Customs to resolve this issue.
At this time, we are no longer experiencing delays of up to 10 minutes.
If delays increase again, we will request a new emergency reference from NL Customs and share it here.

Update - We are still working with NL Customs on this issue.
We see that the communication sometimes delays more than 10 minutes.

For Transit/NCTS/DVA there is an emergency reference: 26ANW72 to be used in case you need to use the emergency procedure.

Update - We occasionally experience delays in communication with NL Customs/HTG, resulting in messages taking longer than usual to be sent or responses taking longer to be received.
In all cases, communication is restored within a maximum of 10 minutes.
NL Customs is aware of the issue and is investigating it.
