Today around noon, we will perform a planned change to the inbound mail routing service used for communication with Swiss Customs (CH Customs).
The change involves switching the inbound mail flow to new mail servers via MX record update. No impact is expected, and mail processing should continue as normal throughout the migration.
We are monitoring the change closely and will provide an update if any issues are detected.
