Der Bezug der Transitdokumente Passar aus Chartera ist derzeit erschwert.
In dringenden Fällen ist das Notfallverfahren anzuwenden.

It is currently difficult to obtain Passar transit documents from Chartera.
In urgent cases, the emergency procedure must be used.
