Investigating

We are currently experiencing issues with observed as incorrect error messages from German customs in ATLAS NCTS.
These affect arrival notifications and dispatch declarations.
A support ticket has already been opened with the customs service desk, and we are awaiting their response.
We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
